Drop Off
Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 4:45 PM
We’re happy to offer earlier check-ins for a fee of $50, which is waived if your dog is scheduled for daycare that day. For more information about our daycare services, please click here.
Pick-Up
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Checkouts after 11 a.m. will incur a $50 late checkout fee, unless your dog is scheduled for daycare, in which case the fee is waived, and you have until 6:30 p.m. to check out.
Weekends
Drop Off
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Sunday: No drop-offs
Pick-Up
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM
- Late Pick-Up: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- A $50 late fee will be applied for late pick-ups. Please note that late checkouts on weekends are available only for guests who have prepaid for their entire stay.
Please note there is no daycare on the weekends, But we offer a one-hour playgroup on weekends exclusively for our boarders.
